Word of the Week: Tom

Sunday's big news was that Tom Breeden will, God willing, be the new Assistant Pastor of Grace Community Church starting June 1. As Tag transitions out of Grace to plant a church on Pantops, Tom will be coming to pick up the slack on adult ministry - primarily small groups and Adult Foundations. He will also preach and do pastoral care as all pastors at Grace have done through the years. He will be helping us reach the goals we have for the next few years

I’m personally excited about this. Tom has been our intern since the fall of 2015, volunteering his time at Grace while fulfilling the requirements our denomination has for ordination. We’ve had the chance to see him in action, and vice versa. There are a lot of interesting details that were bought out in the congregational meeting.

Tom, we are so glad to have you on board!
