Steve has been attending GCC since it was a church plant that met in Sutherland Middle School. Steve and his wife, Linda, have two adult children, both adopted from Honduras.  Steve was one of the first deacons elected at Grace and has served in areas of administration, personnel, facilities management, and finance. He also facilitates men’s groups on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.  As God has shown Himself faithful in the details of Steve’s heart and life, he has become a lover of the Old Testament and of seeing how it points to the God-Man, Jesus, revealed in the New Testament. Steve sees life without grace, abundant and overflowing, as life not worth living... even in a place as beautiful as central Virginia.
