Paul Parmiter and his family have been attending Grace since 2005 and he became a deacon in 2014. He and his wife and best friend Patty have been married over 35 years, have two wonderful daughters, Amanda and Madison, and have a beautiful granddaughter. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working in his flower gardens, woodworking, and following the Bills, Dodgers, and college sports (Virginia Tech, JMU, UVA). Paul sees the mercy ministry as the most important part of the deacon role, and has seen God’s mighty and faithful work in action, over and over again, through this ministry at GCC. Paul is both humbled and extremely thankful for the Body of Christ, particularly how it is revealed at GCC.
