The outreach to women at Grace is as varied as the ladies we serve. Our main goal is that women’s lives should be transformed by the saving grace of Christ Jesus, as we walk through this life of faith together.
This is an informal event which meets monthly in a home setting. It’s an informal occasion to invite friends who may not be involved in a church family. The seasonal themes are fun and often relate to your creative side. And there’s always the fellowship time around the amazing dessert!
Several choices are available for expanding your knowledge of the Scriptures and getting to know other ladies on a deeper level. There are two studies offered at Grace during the school year, on alternating Thursdays. One is typically a book study and the other a video series and Bible study. The GALS study (God’s Amazing Love Sustains) meets on Wednesday mornings throughout the year at alternating homes.
We take a special time about every 18 months, to retreat with each other and the Lord, away from our usual setting and its demands. This event features: a get away, building fellowship together, relaxation, the study of a Biblical theme, and Christ-centered worship.
This is an annual event that is not to be missed! The Exchange is an excellent opportunity to laugh heartily and fellowship together.
Calling all women 12 and older, come out and play! Let’s get active, have fun together, and bring a friend or two. It is time to run, play, and get dirty! No experience necessary! We schedule a variety of athletic ladies’ events with just a sprinkling of competitive spirit. Recently we even sponsored an amazing kickball game! Come play, cheer, laugh or just come hand out water. This is a great way to invite someone to see our community at Grace.
