Word of the Week: One!

Week one is behind us! We had our first communion service at 8:30 this past week.  Attendance was noticeably affected by the fact that many families were either at the end of, or in the first Sunday of spring break.  I walked away personally encouraged by what transpired.  I appreciated all the people who made the effort to pull this off.  We learned some things and will make adjustments as time goes on.  We hope to have a pretty good idea of how to make this approach work well this fall.  Thanks to all who helped, and to the hearty band of folks - probably around 70 or so - who were a part of our first communion service!
